The client: A large health system with 70+ acute care facilities and 50+ ambulatory and clinical facilities. The hospitals are located in both urban and rural markets, furthermore, the health system employs over 30,000 clinical and administrative staff.


The health system was seeking a secure clinical communication and collaboration solution for the coordination of care. Looking to improve communication and productivity of clinicians in the patient’s circle of care utilizing mobile and web technologies.


After an extensive evaluation process involving more that 10 solutions providers, Agnity MobileCare™ Enterprise was chosen. Was seeking a secure clinical communications and collaboration solution for it’s state of the art hospitals system and telemedicine solution to utilize to deliver remote care from its 150 telemedicine units in rural and remote territories.


MobileCare™ Enterprise was chosen for the hospital systems and MobileCare™ TeleConsult™ was selected as a telemedicine solution to provide remote mobile consults to patients with general physicians and specialist at the health system.

System integrator was seeking to package communications solutions targeted to healthcare providers in Asia. Seeking cloud based communications solutions to facilitate care coordination and telemedicine. The package solution needed to scale up to 250K users in the first year.


AHI SDK/APIs were used by System Integrator to leverage communications the capabilities of MobileCare™ PRO along with video and multimedia conferencing into the SIs solution.
