Position : Product Manager


We are looking for a telecom-savvy Sr. Product Manager who will be responsible for evolving our Defend Applications Suite for IMS/LTE and legacy operators.


  • Evolve our Defend Application Suite, including Spam and Robocall killer applications
  • Help Sales team in presales support activities with product presentations and demo(s)
  • Evangelize and articulate Defend value proposition to customers, make them embrace it
  • Lead RFI/RFP Proposal Responses with solution proposal document
  • Capture product requirements with input from Customers, RFPs and Market analysis
  • Create PRDs for ongoing application product releases
  • Prioritize Product Features for specific releases and customer delivery
  • Review and provide input to Architecture, Design Docs and Test Plans from engineering
  • Work with engineering to get the cost (LOE) for the custom feature enhancements
  • Track the product development closely with engineering, take intermediate demo after
  • each sprint and course correction advice 
  • Help engineering team in making decision on build vs. buy from partners
  • Oversee Product Demos, Lab IOTs and Field Trials on On-Prem and Cloud infrastructure
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis in this domain with competitors
  • Create Product Configuration and Pricing matrix for direct customers and channels
  • Create and review Product Literature: Product Descriptions, White Papers, etc.


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/CE with minimum 8 years product management experience – at
  • least 5 years in Telecom/Mobile Industry
  • Broad knowledge of 3GPP specifications on LTE/IMS and Legacy/3G/SS7 domains
  • Hands-on experience in managing the rollout and deployment for mobile operators
  • Good understanding of latest technology stack on Mobile client/server and AI/ML
  • Knowledge of Speech processing technologies including ASR, TTS, NLP, Voice Biometrics
  • Experience on product deployment/roll out in AWS and cloud-neutral environment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, channel partners
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, including product demonstration skills
  • Aggressive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment and guide small product teams
