Addition of Industry veterans strengthens AGNITY’s growth ambitions
SILICON VALLEY – Aug 19, 2013 – AGNITY, a leading global innovator of enterprise mobility application solutions, announced today the addition of three senior executives to its leadership team. Aidan Cullen joins AGNITY as the Chief Financial Officer, Yogi Sikri as VP Enterprise Product Management and, Bob Pacheco as VP, Global Sales for Communications.
Aidan Cullen joins AGNITY as the CFO with over 27 years as a financial executive with experience in global technology companies across networking, telecommunications and software industries. In his prior roles as CFO, Aidan has been successful in scaling Gigamon LLC through significant growth, leading to an S-1 filing, while managing finance, manufacturing, human resources and facilities. He has provided financial and strategic leadership at Sylantro Systems, Tasman Networks, Monterey Design Systems and Mentor Graphics and Digital Equipment Corporation overseeing various financial activities including successful mergers. He received his MBA from Northeastern University.
Yogi Sikri joins AGNITY as VP, Enterprise Product Management with a mandate to drive the ACONYX Unify solution into Service Providers, Healthcare, and other Enterprise verticals. With 20 years of Global IT Leadership experience, Yogi most recently worked for HP, as the Worldwide Product Manager for the Communication, Media and Entertainment Business unit. Yogi has filed key patents in the area of Enterprise Mobility, and is a regular at the Telecoms and Enterprise Mobility speaking circuit. Previously, Yogi has held leadership roles in product and technology management at Genworth Financial, Robert Wood Johnson, and Bluestone (acquired by HP). He holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Studies and Information Systems from Missouri State University.
Bob Pacheco joins AGNITY as VP, Global Sales for AGNITY Communications most recently from Open Exchange. As the SVP and General Manager for the America’s region at Open Exchange, Bob exponentially grew revenues in 2012 with large Cloud-based SaaS deals within the Hosting Service Provider marketplace. Prior to that, Bob was the Area VP for Broadband Service Provider and Wireless accounts at Openwave Systems where he led his team to drive over $85M of annual revenue. Before Openwave, Bob was the SVP of Worldwide Sales at Azaire Networks where he drove new customer acquisition across all major geographical theaters with Fixed Mobile Convergence infrastructure technology. He has a BSEE undergraduate degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and has a strong global experience.
